A+ Design Group proudly presents Ashton, a luxurious private sanctuary that captures the essence of Mosman’s cultural heritage. The project offers 14 boutique apartments designed to exceed the clients’ expectations. The design philosophy of A+ Design Group draws inspiration from the client’s vision and the constraints presented by the project, integrating a link from the bus depot to the Mosman Village, providing public benefit. The generous living areas flow seamlessly into expansive outdoor terraces, creating a sense of space that inspires and delights. Additionally, Ashton provides full security, allocated basement parking, and lift access for comfort and convenience. The fresh tones and glossy surfaces of the building serve as a perfect canvas for the clients’ interior schemes, creating inviting spaces to entertain and live in. Ashton is an exceptional addition to Mosman’s built environment, contributing to the area’s cultural heritage and providing comfort, convenience, and luxury to its residents.

Sustainability

A+ Design Group prioritises sustainability in design, maximizing natural light and ventilation, and energy efficiency. Ashton’s north-facing orientation and sustainable materials reduce artificial lighting and air-conditioning. Water-efficient fixtures and systems, along with active transport options, complement the sustainable design. We work with clients to ensure continued sustainability through sustainable operations plans.
