Mosman Bay Collection

Drawing inspiration from Mosman Bay’s rich history and the surrounding Federation-era homes, the development incorporates traditional hip and gable roof forms in modern materials.

The design responds dynamically to the steep topography by presenting as a single-storey structure along Lower Boyle Street while transitioning into a tiered three-storey form facing Mosman Bay. The design subverts conventional height and massing regulations in a way that enhances, rather than dominates the streetscape, minimising visual bulk, and ensuring vistas remain unobstructed.

The use of durable, hard-wearing materials ensures that the development will age gracefully, enhancing the long-term image of the building and adding enduring value to its surroundings. The application of fluted and slab marble introduces a sculptural elegance, balancing contemporary refinement with coastal charm. By carefully composing textures, colours, and structural elements, the project not only respects but also elevates the future character of the neighborhood, fostering a timeless architectural expression.

Sustainability

The selection of durable, low-maintenance materials ensures longevity, with extended life cycles and reusability potential, aligning with environmentally conscious construction practices. Additionally, the landscape strategy incorporates climate-responsive planting, carefully curated to harmonise with
the site’s environmental conditions while enhancing biodiversity and reducing water demand. Access to EV charging is also provided.
